Super cozy, atmospheric and delicious! Large selection and nice staff!
Not for nothing is it called in Feinschmecker ? Franzbrötchen are always delicious, as are cakes and sandwiches. The "normal" rolls are sometimes a bit sloppy on Sundays, so you should bake them up. Crispy on other days
There can be a maximum of 4 customers in the store. Quality as usual.
Absolutely add!
Very good local baker. In comparison, a very good selection of wholesome (wholegrain, spelled ...) bakery products. Despite the long queues, there are enough staff to go through relatively quickly. That too cannot be taken for granted. Thank you very much for the great service
Always good goods ...
This is our favorite baker for rolls. Unfortunately, the breads can't keep up. The simple variants (e.g. simple brown bread) are missing and the breads dry quickly. The same applies to cakes: too much chichi, not very down-to-earth tasty like a fruit cake with sprinkles. And unfortunately there are no waiting times on Saturday.
The best bread/Brötchen in Eimsbüttel. You have to wait for a few minutes, because is almost always a line... But is worth it. The peaple working hier are very friendly.
Very nice cakes, biscuits and gateaux ate to be had here, also bread and bread rolls. There's always a queue, especially on Sunday afternoons (Kaffee & Kuchen), even though there are three cash desks - it's just a very, very popular bakery and patisserie. They *are* heaps better than everyone around, though.
Always brilliant bakery with lots of variety, never had anything from there that isn't delicious. They're doing a great job with COVID restrictions so you might need to take a coat while you wait outside. Not a huge fan of the coffee though...
Simply delicious, but actually too far away for someone from Altona ?? Nevertheless, the way is worth it ?
But often a lot happens faster than expected.
Super juicy Franzbrötchen and priced really top! Only the waitresses understood us very badly!
I can't understand the hype surrounding this store. This is a normal chain store, the prices are high, the products and the quality are just normal. The price tags in bad German are embarrassing and simple. Really, what's so great here?
This is the closest bakery to my apartment. Despite the popularity, the service quality is very low, and the staff is abrupt and unfriendly. The better alternative in this neighborhood is Konditorei Eichel, two blocks away
Everything was delicious, but I had coffee grounds in my coffee today and my companion ate an apple strudel with sprinkles. The apple pieces were too big and everything tasted sweet with the crumble. The wait staff are nice and friendly. But best of all, the bread rolls have been kept up until now. If you need some for the weekend, it is best to pre-order it and just pick it up at the side.
The service is extremely rude and disrespectful!
Very tasty but way too sweet. Permanent queue in front of the entrance.
Top
If you don't give 5 stars here, you've never loved bread rolls. One of the main reasons to live in Eimsbüttel: the density of the small confectionery. I don't get my baked goods anywhere else. End ✊?
I really like to get my breakfast rolls there every morning. Good craftsmanship, delicious rolls and friendly staff. The queue is very long at the weekend, but it was before Corona.
The best rolls, breads and cakes. Everything perfect! Only queuing at the weekend is extremely annoying :(
By far one of the best Bakeries in Hamburg
Because of the good reviews I wanted to try the baker too, unfortunately the cakes are not as great as advertised, there are 3 stars. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point due to an insolent employee. The older woman was rather unfriendly in tone and slammed the toilet door in front of me. Incredible person. I cannot recommend the shop!
Service good, selection of baked goods excellent. Always freshly lubricated rolls, also on request.
Simply the best bakery there is. Price, performance and service were always great
Favorite franzbrötchen in town! (Especially the one with chocolate chips)
really deletions Franzbrötchen / Bread
One of the best In Eimsbüttel
Best franzbrötchen in town, they just start accepting card
Very nice little place to spend some time at alone with your book or laptop, or with a friend to chat. Great selection of pastries and nice open seating on sunny days
Well it is a small bakery with ability to take with you or to sit right there and have some tea time with some nice croissans or many other things, consider however, in rainy or cold weather number of seats at bakery are quite limited.
Definitely get a review for a bakery and pastry shop ... about these incredible and, I think, the very best Franzbrötchen in town. Due to the fact that I no longer live in Hamburg, I am always forced to take a proper suburb with me into exile. But then I always notice only at home, if I once Franzbrötchen a handcrafted good and flawless taste met or if it was a handle in the bin. Over the years I have tried many variants and manufacturers. and today it happened the Franzbrötchenaus the small pastry are very good. They have to my taste just the right ratio of butter, sugar, cinnamon, moisture, texture, greater smell .... compliment the bakery.
Best rolls in Hamburg, large variety, own creations and probably the best “Franzbrötchen” in town. Sometimes too crowded and you have to wait for 15min...
They are always a good choice in Hamburg.
Superlecker
Franzbrötchen!!!!!!!
Good place to have coffee or tea with cakes or buy bread with relatively low prices compared to other bakeries in the city
Best franzbrötchen in town! It comes with either cinnamon (classic), chocolate or raisins! and the selection of other pastries is also highly recommended with a coffee and you're surely one happy camper?
Spotted best franzbrochten dii
Pretty standard bakery, the breads we got didn't feel as fresh as they ought to have.
The bread and desserts are so tasty good! Staff is also very nice and helpful. The dreikornnußbrot is a favorite, but they ALWAYS run out of it very early.
A very good bakery, if you don't mind the queues.
Beste Franzbrötchen!
Best in Hamburg
Best bakery in Hamburg.
Good range of bread as well as buns; including wheat free options. Cakes are a must for any occasion and the coffee, well the coffee, is just stupendous! Never had a better coffee than here! Not surprising that there are often queues outside almost every morning, particularly at the weekend. But well worth the wait. Friendly staff dotted about too. This has been my favourite bakery for years and it'll most definitely remain so.
